Herraskhepera Howard

Assistant Secretary of Media & Technology

Herraskhepera Howard is the Assistant Secretary of Media and Technology for the Association for Cultivation and Education (ACE). He is a man of service and an educator of 10 years to children with autism and other special needs in District of Columbia Public Schools. His service continues outside of the classroom mentoring youth as a championship winning soccer coach of inner-city youth of the district. Herraskhepera also mentors and leads his coaching staff, providing earnings and leadership opportunities to other adults. He has been a site coordinator in transitional housing for the Department of Human Services’ Isolation/Quarantine and Pandemic Emergency Program for highly Vulnerable Persons sites in the District of Columbia.

Herraskhepera is a graduate of Norfolk State University with a degree in Journalism. His hobbies include digital creation, with experience on the various social media platforms. This Norfolk State University alum is excited to support the mission and vision of the Association for Cultivation and Education
